Reassembly
- Sorry about the pictures being off. The first picture should line up with the first square, the second with the second square, and so on. This was imported from google docs and I guess it didn't work perfectly, so again, sorry.

1. Assemble the ratio gear box - insert 5 spoke gear attachment, already shown in place in the picture, then put the 5 identical gears onto their spokes.

- place yellow gear ring into the casing with the narrow side facing down and the flat face, facing up.

- insert four spoke gear attachment into assembly with spokes facing up.

- Place the 4 identical gears onto their spokes.
.
- insert brown gear ring into the assembly with the six notches fitting into their grooves.

- place the cover plate onto the assembly with tabs angled upwards, and apply slight force until it locks in place.

2. Assemble motor to gear box - Screw the two identical black screws into motor where holes present as shown. Use the same holes as previously used which can be identified by the marking around the hole.

- the gear protruding from the motor will be inserted into the four gears in the hole on top of the gear box. Make sure the screw holes on the outside of the motor and gear box line up.

-used the four identical screws to attach the two assemblies together.

- use an Allen wrench and insert the screws from the side of the gear box.

- Attach the gear ratio switch into the holes on the side of the gear ratio box with the number 2 facing towards the front of the drill. Make sure the ends of the wire are put in the hole in between two yellow notches.

- Attach the little v shaped wire into the side of the gear ratio switch where there is a little notch of the same size. Place the whole assembly into one of the half cases making sure it lines up as shown and the v shaped wire doesn't fall out.

3. Trigger Mechanism - Attach the heat sink to the trigger mechanism using the single small silver screw and an Allen wrench.

- Attach the black and red wires extending from the motor onto the trigger as shown.

- Place the trigger into the half case making sure that it's lined up in the notch on the bottom left, and making sure the wires are in the case and out of the way of the other half.

- Put in the two-way button with one end protruding out the end of the case, the triangle protrusion going into the trigger, and the little protrusion opposite to the triangle protrusion, in the small lever on the trigger mechanism as shown.

4. place the top half of the case onto the bottom, making sure that everything lines up, no wires are in the way, and that the two-way button is protruding from its hole. Now screw in the 7 identical hex-head screws to finish the assembly.
