Disassembly

 - Sorry about the pictures being off. The first picture should line up with the first square, the second with the second square, and so on.  This was imported from google docs and I guess it didn't work perfectly, so again, sorry.

. . 1. Remove 7 hex-head screws from the outside casing of the drill. . 2. Remove one of the sides of the casing of the drill. . 3. Unplug and remove the trigger mechanism and the black two-way button located directly above it. . 4. Remove the main assembly from the rest of the drill casing. . 5. Use an Allen wrench to remove the 4 hex-head screws connecting the motor to the gear box. . 6. Remove the components of the ratio gear chamber as shown in the pictures. . . . . . . 7. Remove the ratio lever by pulling outwards on the wires located on either side. . 8. Use a strait edge screwdriver to remove the two screws from the motor. . 9. Use an Allen wrench to remove the hex-head screw from the heat sink on the trigger mechanism. .
